If you are interested in taking part in a trial, the best person to advise what would be appropriate for you is your own doctor or myeloma specialist as these databases can be difficult for patients to navigate. Your doctor will also have access, or can find the details of current trials near enough for you to take part, what they are testing and if they are appropriate for your own stage of myeloma.
In addition, Myeloma Patients Europe (MPE) is developing the Myeloma and AL amyloidosis Trial Navigator, a platform which contains information on MGUS, smouldering and multiple myeloma, and AL amyloidosis European clinical trials in 26 languages. It also gives general information on clinical trials, eligibility and cross-border access to clinical trials.
This website is designed in a patient-friendly way so users can easily navigate the site and understand what clinical trials are and how to find them.
Myeloma and AL amyloidosis Trial Navigator will be available shortly.
