MPE will cover accommodation for two nights (1st and 2nd July 2022), provided you attend all programmed events. The rooms will be booked for you before the meeting. Exceptions can be made where there are no suitable travel options to arrive or depart on time. MPE will only cover the room costs of the representatives attending the Masterclass. If you are planning to attend with another person (e.g., spouse, partner), not linked to the MPE event, you will have to pay the extra cost when checking out.
COVID-19
We remain hopeful that we will be able to meet in person in July 2022 however we do recognise the significant uncertainty due to COVID-19. Therefore, MPE will base its decisions on the best available knowledge, putting the safety of participants first. We continue to monitor the pandemic closely and we will communicate on our timelines and decision-making by the end of April 2022.
Travel-booking procedures
For the 2022 Masterclass, necessary travel (flights, trains, and other forms of transport) should be booked by each delegate and will be reimbursed by MPE up to max. 350 EUR per delegate after the meeting. If travel costs are more expensive than 350 EUR, please contact the MPE Office as soon as possible to request approval. Here, please find all expenses and reimbursement rules.
Do not book your travel until MPE has confirmed that we will hold the Masterclass in person. We will communicate our decision by the end of April 2022. If you book before MPE has confirmed that the event will be held in person, MPE is not liable to reimburse you for these costs or any cancellation fees.
