We held our latest webinar on September 11th, called Myeloma and infection: clinical and lived perspectives for myeloma patients, carers and advocates.

Jackie Quinn, Myeloma Clinical Nurse Specialist, Belfast Trust presented on how myeloma and treatments increase infection risk, covering immunisations, bispecific antibody risks, and preventive medications.

Mimi Quinn, myeloma patient from Ireland shared her personal experience of infections during diagnosis and treatment, discussing how reduced immunity impacts her daily life and career.

During the webinar, Solène Clavreul, Head of Medical Education and Scientific Engagement at MPE, also shared details of some new infection resources produced by MPE, which can be found here.
