Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts from Georgetown University in Liberal Studies with a concentration in International Affairs. Katie has 15 years of experience with nonprofit organisations, specialising in development and programme management. Before joining MPE, Katie served as the Director of Development at a large New York City nonprofit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, where she oversaw fundraising, board management, and events. Katie is originally from North Carolina, United States and is currently based in Munich, Germany.
